Let's keep our heads screwed tight

The numbered division of Prakim and Psukim was invented by a monk. Let’s not make Yiddishkeit into a hocus-pocus attention getting affair, but focus on the truth of our torah, even if it isn’t as fantatical sounding

Codes is when computer systems are used, taking all the letters of the Torah into account, I don’t know if this is the same. Its interesting though that 9/11/01 occurred on Parshas Ki Savo, where it says: “The Lord will bring upon you a nation from afar, from the end of the earth, as the eagle swoops down, a nation whose language you will not understand…until your high and fortified walls in which you trust come down, throughout all your land.” (28:49)

(I was on the shiur)
The torah codes are fact. But not everyone is able to find it and understand it. The beggining of the “shiur” explained that this kind of codes ALWAYS shows what already happened because the Torah does not want you to live thinking that the life is predetermined. If so, you don´t have free will. One simple expalnation: In the Torah, the codes are more complex because of the gematria in comparsion with any other book.

Torah Codes Not Accepted By Most

I thought that the use of Torah Codes are not accepted by Orthodoxy. Why is everyone so clever after the event and not before? I was once told that this code business can be done with any large writings like,” War & Peace”.

Perhaps some more explanation?

I understand the one in Sefer Bereishis and perhaps Vayikra, but not the other Seforim?
