With profound sadness we regret to inform you of the passing of Mrs. Shirley Katzoff, a long-time resident of Crown Heights, on Shabbos afternoon, 27 Kislev 5774.
She was 84.
Her late husband was Reb Chaim Meir Katzoff OBM, who merited to serve the Previous Rebbe as a ‘mashbak’.
She is survived by her children R’ Yosef Yitzchok Katzoff – Crown Heights, Yerachmial Katzoff, Shterna Katzoff and Rudy Lazarus; and grandchildren.
The levaya will take place on Sunday, leaving Shomrei Hadas at 10:00am, passing 770 Eastern Parkway at 10:45am for burial at Old Montefiore cemetary in Queens.
