I have to say (not specifically to CTeen) but in general to all out-of-town communities in North America: YES, of course we Crown Heights families will host the Shluchos in February AND also the Teens in our homes that same month, and we will do this lovingly and with the joy of the mitzvah we perform for group/event after group/event in Crown Heights, all year long.
