Rabbi Moshe Wolberg, a renowned Talmudic scholar, served for several decades as an instructor in Talmud at the Oholei Torah Yeshiva in New York, and now serves in the same capacity at Yeshiva Lubavitch Manchester.
He spoke at Oxford University Chabad Society.
