Please excuse my ignorance, I don’t really know anything about the Nasi. Oh and can someone please reply to me why we say it, and the significance behind it.
based on “hayom yom” for rosh chodesh nissan, it would seem that he would say it.
but i’m not a rabbi.
i’d suggest: he present the above to his local chassidise rov, and do as he says.

I truly thank you for posting the Nasi. If not for you, I hate to say, but I would have forgotten to say it and would have missed the first day and perhaps the others as well C’V.
