The Rebbe on 12 Tamuz, 1976:
“The group of Jews who are here today from France should say “L’chaim” and sing the French anthem – as it was adapted and transformed with the words of the prayer, ‘Power and trustworthiness, to Him who is forever.’
“May this bring blessings for them, amongst all Jews, that they affect that the entire world that it is ruled by ‘Him who is forever’!”
