Rabbi Beryl Zaltzman, Shliach of the Fairlawn Russian community in New Jersey, farbrenged last night with a group of Monsey yungeleit at a Melava Malka at the home of Tzili and Chaya Ehrenreich.
Rabbi Zaltzman told of his fascinating experiences growing up in communist Russia and of the tremendous Mesiras Nefesh for Yiddishkeit and Chinuch that the Lubavitcher Chassidim there had.
He also told many inspiring stories about his interactions with the Rebbe and about his Chazanus career.
