R’ Benzion and Bassie Raskin of Crown Heights dedicated a new Torah on Sunday in memory of their parents and grandparents at a celebration with family and friends.
The Torah was completed at their home on Carroll Street and led with music and dancing to Ohel Nosson Shul on Crown Street.
