Acclaimed lecturer Rabbi Manis Friedman was the keynote speaker on the topic of Intimacy: a Jewish perspective at an event this week hosted by Chabad of Coral Springs, FL.
“As expected, Rabbi Manis was insightful, funny, and certainly provocative,” said one participant. “His message literally challenged the conventional wisdom and current practice of religious communities where adults – parents, teachers, Rabbis – shy away from having matter-of-fact discussions with their children on relationships.”
Earlier in the program, Rabbi Yossie Marlow from North Miami Beach and Rebbetzin Chanie Lebovics from Inverrary led separate Q&A sessions on the practical laws that govern everyday life between married couples.
During lunch, Rabbi Shmuel Druin LCSW provided simple techniques to the Art of Communication.
