בס’ד
I write my phone number, with a clothing marking pen, on light colored iron-on tape; and iron it on to the inside of the talis or tfilin bag. I also try to be careful.

Put your name and contact information in each bag of tefilin that you own. I have my business card in my bags of rashis and rabbeinu tams, and another in my tallis bag. If you don’t have business cards, write your name and number clearly on an index card. And make sure you do this for your children.

I left my cell phone in a service station…….I realized it while I was back on the highway and had to turn back. I found it

and Yes, what a great mitzvah accomplished by Rabbi Uri Pilichowski,
I just hope that the mention of their value advertised in the Daily News does not encourage tfillin theft ch’v. It would have been better to leave out their monetary value. Mention of thier religious / spiritual value would have sufficed.

I don’t understand y you can walk into any shoul ,Bais medrish or kolell and see tefilin just lying around ….but you never see someone leave his cell phone like that!!!!!!!!!……….if it’s dear to you Don’t leave them in your car and never check them in with your lugged .
