Rabbi Gerlitzky was a Chosid in the true sense of the word. He never DEMANDED that someone do something, he was passionate and kind to each person that he met.
Those who have never met Rabbi Gerlitzky before, would not get a true feeling of the type of Chosid he was from this poorly taken video.

We really miss him. He was the epitamy of a true chosid, loved by all.
He gave the Daf Hayomi shiur when Rabbi Karp was unavailable & his love for learning & his kind character can never be forgotten.

Miss him!

A true Chassid. Rabbi Gerlitzky was the a warmest person Montreal ever met. He was one of the only elders who used to greet me when I came back to town after learning in Yeshiva abroad. He was a big part of our community. He respected EVERYONE, and everyone respected him. He is missed dearly!
