The Dr’s name is Dr Nass. His office was on Brooklyn Ave. Near Eastern Parkway.
The Rebbe ״ עמי במחיצתי״ & that’s when Dr Nass agreed to sign the Death Certificate to enable Reb Micheol to be buried erev Shavuois.
That’s how we heard it happen then.
