R’ Chaim Sheynin of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, passed away today at the age of 86.
R’ Chaim was born in 1927 in Mogilev, Belarus to the Sheynin dynasty.
He fought in WWII and was a soldier in every way. He was always sure to make davening with a Minyan a priority, and was always helping people in any way he could.
He was a proud Jew and stood up against the anti-semitism he faced in the old country.
He was a very special person and beloved among the community and his family.
He is survived by his wife, Mindel (Nina) Sheynin, and daughter, Mrs. Leah Giter, Rebbitzen of Congregation Bais Menachem of Minnesota.
The Levaya will be held in Minnesota tomorrow, Friday, February 15.

Mrs. Leah Giter will be sitting shiva at her home, 6120 Quinwood Ln, apt 2215 Plymouth, MN till Thursday morning
