For the third year, Oholei Chinuch schools in Buenos Aires, run by Chabad of Argentina, together with Chabad of Uruguay organized a conference in Punta del Este, Uruguay.
Parents of the school’s children typically travel this season to the resort city on a narrow peninsula in southeast Uruguay. For the school, its a great opportunity to engage with the parents in a relaxed setting.
The topic of this year’s conference was “The Positive Mistake: Turning mistakes into positive learning experiences.”
The speakers were Rabbi Tzvi Grunblatt, Director of Chabad of Argentina, Rabbi Eliezer Shemtov, Director of Chabad Uruguay and Dr. Alberto Levy of Argentina.
In his introduction, Mr. Gabriel Pines, the administrator of the school expressed how proud he was to publicize the school’s accomplishments beyond the borders of Argentina.
“Many of our alumni go on to become leaders in communities throughout the world”, he emphasized.
It was an inspiring event for the 250 participants that participated.
