As the Crown Heights community readies for the holiday of Pesach, donor Yossi Popack and his wife Batsheva are donating 4 pounds of Matzah each to local families.
The distribution will take place this Sunday, March 17, 2013, at 712 Crown Street building (corner Schenectady, basement entrance), beginning at 2:00 pm.
COLlive was told that only families who reside in Crown Heights are eligible for the Pesach gift. A photo ID will be required to verify.
There is a limited amount of matzah, so therefore priority will be given to those that have not received Matzah elsewhere.
The Shluchim don’t and shouldn’t have anything against Crown Heights Residents. Our homes are open to them all year round.
There was sooo much. It’s probably not all gone.
