Kollel Chabad opened a new grocery store in the Israeli city of Tzfas for large Jewish families. New York donor Yossi Popack and his wife Batsheva inaugurated the store this past week in memory of their nephew Levi Hendel, who passed away in a car crash two years ago. Photos
