Please Say Tehillim

what in the world are u talking about? what does not eating sweets have to do with with tehillim- reminds me of the goyim when they deprive themselves- huh???

that is
having control over one’s food has great power (iskafya).
let us all take on no sweets for a week (not including yomim tovim and shabbos – but even then – only l’kovod).
think about it…
it isnt easy – and that is exactly the point
if you are really having a hard time giving up sugar,
go to OA, or read a 12 step program.
