On June 4th, Yeshiva Schools celebrated 80 years since their expansion to a full day, dual-curriculum school, honoring the teachers of Yeshiva, past and present.
Teachers from all eras joined us at the Heinz History Center, along with our parents, donors, and other community members.
Yeshiva history was folded into the evening, with a special pop-up exhibit about our school, a student museum, vintage Yeshiva photo centerpieces, and a commemorative magazine featuring Yeshiva’s history, archival treasures, and articles from alumni.
A nostalgic choir took place as past members of the boys choir returned to perform during the program.
A proclamation by the city council was read out, declaring the day to be Yeshiva Schools Day in the city of Pittsburgh.

Thank you for the good chinuch.
