The Conference of Presidents is an umbrella organization representing 50 Jewish organizations across the US. Mr. Daroff has assumed the position previously held by Mr. Malcolm Hoenlein. As the Jewish community in the US face some unprecedented challenges, Mr. Daroff’s visit was most appropriate.
He was accompanied by Rabbi Levi Shemtov, Executive Vice President of American Friends of Lubavitch (Chabad).
