the custom (halacha?) is that one does not publicize when a rainbow appears.
you weren’t supposed to publicize it when you see a rainbow since it has its message to those that see it.
in MONTREAL there was a rainbow to it was about 7:00pm

as beautiful as a rainbow is I was taught that it is a sign that Hashem is angry at his world and wants to punish them, but since he promised Noach he would never destroy the world again, he brings a rainbow as symbol of his anger instead.
What have we done wrong?????
