Chabad House at Rutgers was established in 1978, today there is thriving 90,000 sq ft building there. I think it would childish to deny something that is so obvious.

There is no Chabad house at Rutgers that has been there for decades my friend. Last time i checked Chabad.org or Chabad.edu only Rutgers Jewish Outreach exists under the leadership of Rabbi Herson senior – the Rebbes head Shliach to NJ.

it should be noted

that these bochrim are going under Pini Super who started an organization backed by Rabbi Herson that has nothing to do with the Chabad House of Rutgers that has been there for decades. It doesn’t seem like the 2 organisations are actively fighting, but they definitely don’t get along

Mivtzoim on campus was done by bochurim, Tfilln every week? Course it was done. Other issues weren’t done by bochurim.
Also, I don’t see any chabad house in those pics, that’s the university building.
Lastly, great work by rabbi super and herson to get this done.
Hahah, zwiebel, lookin good. Nice to see deren too. And trietel will always b there

I was a bachur in Morristown a few years ago…I have since chosen a different path in life and don’t practice much yiddeshkeit…I have only good memories of yeshiva in morristown, and it holds a warm place in my heart. I recently moved to a city a few towns over from Morristown, and the bachurim there found me the first Friday I lived there and have been graciously coming ever since!! they’re good!!

It actually is a program of the newly established Rutgers Jewish Outreach, under the esteemed head shliach Rabbi Moshe Herson.
The bochurim are doing the most amazing work.

This Acdus between the RCA and Rutgers is not all that new. Ever since the Bochurim in Morristown realized that no one does any Mivtzoim at Rutgers on Fridays or any other time, they started going on a weekly basis to spread the light and warmth of Torah anf Mitzvos and Chassidus to the thousands of students. I was one of those Bochurim 2 years ago, where we gave out hundreds of Menorahs each night of Chanukah to students who didnt have their own. So whilr the Achdus is great, it aint all that new! And big shout out to… Read more »
