“The Menorah Tank Parade is a grand way to bring the Chanukah lights to the great masses,” said Rabbi Shmuel Butman, Director Lubavitch Youth Organization and Chairman of Mitzvah Tanks, “This is what the Rebbe wants to light up the world with the lights of Chanukah as a preparation to the eternal lights of the great Redemption.”
