Oholei Torah bochurim spent Monday morning at the Matza bakery in Crown Heights, baking their annual batch of Pesach nourishment. Strictly checking the rolling pins, the bochurim and bakery staff worked tirelessly to stay within the 18-minute process. The place needs to be renovated , and during matza baking NO ONE from outside should be let in.

although this is not the biggest and most glamorous bakery, the workers are hard working and the best at their specific trades. good job
shame on that the “yeshiva bochurim” were not in any of the pictures
