Two men drew swastikas and profanities on a building in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood, according to the NYPD, reporting the latest allegation of anti-Semitism in New York City, which has seen an uptick in hate crimes recently.
In surveillance video footage dated Dec. 22 at 9:20 a.m., the two are seen allegedly drawing graffiti on 1116 Manhattan Avenue in Brooklyn.
The NYPD released the video on Twitter, asking, “Recognize them?”
The Tweet says the men are wanted for the crime of aggravated harassment.
They also added, “Hate of any kind will NOT be tolerated in NYC.”

New York City is experiencing an “anti-Semitic crisis,” Mayor Bill de Blasio told a Jewish congregation last week.
NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea has said there was a 22% increase in anti-Semitic crimes reported last year, most not physical violence but vandalism such as swastika graffiti.
Attacks against Jews in recent weeks include a stabbing attack at a Chanukah party in Monsey, a shooting at a Kosher grocery store in Jersey City, and numerous hate-filled unprovoked incidents of verbal and physical attacks against visibly Jewish individuals in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights, Borough Park and Williamsburg neighborhoods.
Must have just stopped off on their way to their successful jobs during their busy week of giving back to the world, and adding value to society.. lol 🙂
Now what does this chinese person want with Jews? The other dude is white so I can understand that he’s another genius sitting in his basement busy wasting his time. But the chinese guy? What’s his issue? Wait. As the previous writer said, these two very successful businessmen must have gotten off at the wrong subway stop. Or maybe, they can’t read read the signs so they got off in Crown Heights instead of chinatown. Both start with the letter c.
I’m guessing you don’t like anti-semitism.
I’m guessing you’ll admit there are some people who consider themselves Jewish and who you consider Jewish, who do what you consider bad deeds, to the extent you might even admit they deserve punishment .
I’m guessing you dislike that someone would paint all Jews bad to the extent they would say all Jews deserve punishment.
And yet, you speak of these alleged perpetrators in broad-strokes – Chinese. White. Why not simply focus on these two humans who did something you consider wrong. Why include any generalistic label = racism?
He did not make any comments against the Chinese as a people or against whites as a people. And criminals WILL be identified with both pictures and descriptions without lies being told to hide their identities or actions. YOU may be uncomfortable with that but others have different views. Try to be a little more tolerant.

Wow! That’s a good camera. Most security cameras seem not to get such clear images of suspects. That company should promote their cameras .
What will happen with these suspects when they’re caught. Probably some ACLU person will defend their freedom of speech.
I don’t get why they decide to pick on Jews when there are other nations that they could bother.
Many of the ‘other nations’ have the press, the politicians, and the police on their sides. Besides that we are known for being a peace-loving nation and not being violent. Believe me, if they were not so scared, they would attack others too – like the cowardly bullies that they are.
My dear friends…..videotapes are only as good as the prosecuting attorney who convicts these losers.
