The former American football offensive lineman in the National Football League has gone a long way from Super Bowl XXVII to Chabad-Lubavitch chassidus and shares his story with anyone who asks.
Veingrad is being brought by private individuals to Crown Heights this week to relate his baal teshuva journey with local men and boys, COLlive.com has learned.
He will be speaking at the Reim Ahuvim shul on Carroll Street on Thursday evening, February 10 – Adar 6 at 8:30 PM.
Fathers are welcome to come with their boys age 10 and up. Refreshments will be served. There is no entrance fee.
