Rabbi Zvi Yaakov and Chanie Zwiebel of Crown Heights will be moving on Shlichus to Blacksburg, VA where they will establish a permanent Chabad Lubavitch presence at the campus of Virginia Tech University, directing the new Librescu Chabad Center. They will be serving the needs of the students as well as the local community and of the sorrounding areas.
The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Yossel Kranz of Chabad of the Virginias.

I think it’s absolutely amazing what you people are doing. It is extraordinary to be able to travel anywhere without the worry of finding a shul, or yiddishe kehila. May hashem be with you and protect you from any harm.
