The Winebergs will be joining Rabbi Levi Wineberg and Rabbi Berel Rodal of Ha’maor Center – A Learning Center of Chassidus, serving the Jews Johannesburg, South Africa.
The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Levi Wineberg.
