Rabbi Velly Slavin and his wife Chanchkie will be moving on Shlichus to Malvern, a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Their main focus will be catering to young adults and working with professionals in the community under Chabad House of Malvern.
They are joining Rabbi Shimshon and Rivkah Yurkowicz who arrived their on Shlichus some 20 years ago, and Rabbi Reuvi and Menucha Cooper.
Additionally, Velly will direct and expand the Adult Education programs, while Chanchkie will be teaching in Chabad’s pre-school.
