The newly introduced Smicha program at Yeshivas Bais Schneur in Miami catered primarily for ages 18-21 emphasizes a well-rounded curriculum that includes traditional studies such as Gemara (Talmud), Halacha (Jewish law) and Chassidus, alongside essential life skills training.
The program uniquely incorporates workshops on relationship building, financial management, and household management, all taught from a Torah perspective. The program will offer 2 gears, a pre-smicha and a smicha option.
“Ever since I myself was a Bochur I’ve noticed the growing demand of a Yeshiva which would prepare a Bochur for married life. The girls’ schools have a lot more life prep for their students understandably they are the foundation of the home. A Bochur would benefit tremendously finding himself more prepared to make the next big step in life having the tools and education to make great decisions setting himself for success in marriage and life,” says Rabbi Sasson, the Yeshiva’s Director.
