North Miami Beach is buzzing with excitement over Bais Menachem’s first ever Grand Chinese Auction.
The auction committee has been hard at work to ensure that this is an event that South Florida will never forget.
The evening’s festivities will be in tribute to Ruchama Aliza Schwab and will include spectacular prizes, a tasting of Israel’s most prestigious wines and a comedic performance by Mendy Pellin.
The Grand Chinese Auction will take place on Wednesday, Yud Gimmel Sivan/ May 22nd at the Beth Torah Ballroom in North Miami Beach.
Currently, North Miami Beach makes up 20% of the Jewish population in South Florida. The families are growing, more people are relocating there and the needs of the community are rapidly increasing. The current Shul is 1900 square feet and serves more than 150 families with over 400 children KA”H.
Now, the need is greater than ever to complete the construction of the new building. On Shabbos and Yom Tov the Shul is packed to the brim and the community is ready for the next step.
The Grand Chinese Auction is a light-hearted, fun and exciting way for everyone to participate. Prize tickets can be purchased as little as $5 and go up. In this way everyone can be a part of the rebuilding of the Shul. Just like Mitzvos, brick by brick we’ll build Bais Menachem!
