Mrs. Anna Ninette (Chana Tziyona) Barouk of Nogent sur Marne, France, matriarch of a large family, passed away at the age of 91.
Mrs. Barouk was born in Beja, Tunisia in 1924 to Chacham Shlomo and Esther Hagege.
After WWII the family immigrated to Algeria, Israel and finally Paris, France, where she lived for more than fifty years.
Mrs. Barouk leaves behind a beautiful legacy, of a large family of ten children, and over one hundred grandchildren and great-grandchildren, many of them Shluchim of the Rebbe.
She is survived by her children Mrs. Sarah Marrus, Mordecai Baruch and Avraham Barouk who are sitting shiva in Monsey, New York and Marlene Krief, Gilda Jacquey, Meyer Barouk, Rachamim Barouk, Dinah Rotbann, Betty Danan and Deborah Bronfman, who are sitting shiva in France.
The Levaya took place Monday in Kfar Nehora, Israel.

the late Mrs. Barouk has a 94! year old brother Menachem who is very beloved by the chabad community at the synegouge of inverrary chabad in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
