Mr. Yisroel Poezepoff of Palm Springs, California passed away on Friday, Elul 24, 5773.
He was 88.
Mr. Poezepoff and his wife Phyllis ran a Judaica shop for many years in Palm Springs, California called “The Yiddishe Kop.”
In recent months he lived in Los Angeles, CA.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis and children, Mrs. Deborah Gordon – Encino, CA, Mrs. Beverly Cohn – New York and Mrs. Ciril Goldman – Los Angeles, CA, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The levaya will take place Sunday, at 2:30 PM at Mt. Olive Cemetery, 7231 East Slauson Ave. Commerce, 9004.
Shiva will be at the Los Angeles residence of Mendy and Ciril Goldman, 612 N Alta Vista LA.

Your zaide was an amazing person & he knew since I was 4 or 5 years old. Today I am an alter kaker but I will always remember Pozzy. He was a good friend of my late father,A”H & of my mishpocho.
