The New York City 2024 Marathon was also the site of a successful Mivtzoim campaign.
“While I was running the race lots of people were putting on Tefillin, receiving Neshek, and inscribing their names in The Sefer Torah,” said Shmarya Richler, a runner who organized Mivtzoim along the route.
“Three men had their Bar Mitzvahs at the race!”
“A big thank you to all who participated and to Chaim Piekarski and Mendel Roth for making all the arrangements. May we be all zoicheh to reaching the ultimate finish line with Moshiach now,” Richler said.
Richler concluded with a suggestion.
“Marathons are staged in many cities across the world. They represent a tremendous opportunity for Mivtzoim not only for the runners but for the crowds of people who come to cheer the runners. Many are staged on Sundays. Check for when and where there is a marathon near you and try to be there. If you have any questions, you can e-mail me at health@richler.org.”

Great job!!!
Can I help out? Good luck.
