Chabad’s Rabbis Benjy Korf and Moishe Kievman met this past Friday with Miami-Dade’s Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, in celebration of the recent holiday of Shavuos and Jewish Heritage Month.
Rabbi Korf is dean of the largest private Jewish school outside of the tri-state area, Lubavitch Educational Center, and community activist Rabbi Kievman of Chabad Chayil & The Family Shul, runs after school programs for Jewish children in Public schools.
The two met with the mayor to discuss Jewish education in South Florida.
