A Sefer Torah was completed in memory of Rabbi Gavriel and Rivkah Holtzberg HY"D, slain Mumbai shluchim. A siyum was held at the Bais Menachem Chabad Shul in Manchester, England. The Torah was written by Sofer Rabbi Uziyohu Brown of England, and was donated by the community members. Photos
