Chabad of Melbourne CBD and Rabbi Dudi Winkler, the Rosh Kollel of the Melbourne branch of Torah MiTziyon, recently hosted a luncheon for professionals and business people.
Entitled “Looking through the Cracks – Pesach, the Holiday of the Details,” Rabbi Winkler discussed modern day twists on Bedikas Chametz and the symbolism of candlelight vs. light of a flashlight.
The audience was entranced by Rabbi Winkler’s presentation and enjoyed a scrumptious catered lunch. After the lecture and a brief break for Mincha, those in attendance had a chance to ask questions. Attendees left with much food for thought.
The event was ably emceed by local Shliach, Rabbi Chaim Herzog.
