Due to recent the recent terror attack in the Chabad House in Mumbai, LAPD Deputy Chief Michael Downing, Chief of Counter Terrorism for LAPD, is meeting with local shluchim to discuss the tragic events in Mumbai and provide an update on LAPD’s proactive counter terrorism initiatives.
Chief Downing and other members of the LAPD leadership will be present ath the closed door meeting.
