Kaff Kaffe Expands Its Clientele

After a successful 3 years in business, the owner of Kaff Kafe on 16th Avenue in Boro Park is looking to expand its clientele even past the borders of the Brooklyn neighborhood.

To help with expansion, Lubavitcher Shneur Goodman had his dairy eatery certified by another kosher supervision, Crown Heights Kosher (CHK), in addition to the certification of Rabbi Babad.

Goodman’s goal is to make an entry in the simches scene in Crown Heights with a catering service.

Since their dishes range from simple pizza and French fries to creamy pastas and gourmet cheese dishes, Goodman said he can cater any event in any price range.

“We’ve catered an upshernish for $300, and one for $3,000,” he says. “We specialize in brissim and Bar Mitzvahs, Bas Mitzvahs and more – for any budget.”

Since purchasing the store, Kaf Kaffe has made a name for themselves with delectable dairy dishes, most popular being the cheese blintzes and the fettuccini alfredo. They also offer fish, paninis, pasta, salads, and their signature Kaffeccino drink.

Some of those dishes will be served at the events in Crown Heights they are looking to cater, such as brisim, Sheva Brochos, L’chaims, and everything in between.

“We are in the process of finding a hall in the heart of Crown Heights to host simchas and parties there,” says Goodman, who notes that he recently welcomed a party planner to their staff to creatively design and set up.
