The NJ Expo Center in Edison, New Jersey, played host to the much-anticipated JFood Expo, a two-day culinary extravaganza held on June 13 and 14, filling the void left by the now-closed annual Kosherfest trade fair.
This vibrant event catered to a diverse audience, with the first day dedicated to industry professionals, while the second day welcomed enthusiastic kosher food lovers from all walks of life.
The expo showcased a vast array of exhibitors offering a delightful culinary experience. From mouthwatering desserts to gourmet delicacies, attendees had the opportunity to sample an extensive range of flavors – dairy, meat, healthy and processed foods – and explore diverse culinary traditions.
The expo included a captivating cyber protection presentation by renowned expert Dillon Behr. In an increasingly digital world, Behr shed light on the importance of safeguarding businesses in the food industry against cyber threats.
