Times Square was jam packed and full of energy at a spirited Havdalah ceremony and display of Jewish pride on Motzei Shabbos.
Despite the rain, thousands of teens joined together for an awe-inspiring and memorable havdalah.
Havdalah was led by performer Eli Marcus, and featured teens from Brazil, the US, and Israel.
Marcus later performed a rousing concert of old and new Jewish hit songs, while the exuberant crowd sang and danced along.
“You could feel the energy in the air,” shared Rabbi Shimon Rivkin, director of CTeen. “Tonight’s Havdalah was a big kiddush HaShem and a kiddush Lubavitch.”
