Hundreds of young and old filled the streets of Kharkov with pride on Lag Baomer this year.
School children dressed up depicting different mitzvos and Jewish books and held signs proudly showing their Yiddishkeit.
A fun program arranged by Rabbi Yaakov Yakimenko kept the crowd excited and the Cheder Menachem choir led by Chazan Yitzchak Halfon performed a Lag Baomer medley.
A special program followed the parade for students.
