What you heard is incorrect.
This is the ELEVENTH time in history that Birkas Hachama is on Erev Pesach. The last time this happened was 1925. Before that you need to go back to sometime in the 1300s.

What I heard is that it is the 3rd time in history that Birkas Hachama is falling out on Shnas Hakhel, the 2 previous times were Yetzias Mitrayim and Purim.

Birchat Hachama is when we make specific brachos (Oseh Maaseh Breishis, Shehecheyonu and more) as the sun is located in the same location as it was in when HaShem created the world – showing the wonders and greatness of Hashem’s creations. This year it also comes out at the exact time that the sun was created i.e. 6 am which only took place three times since the creation of the world.

the second song has a note missing in the tune on the words Mi Hu Zeh V’eyzehu… the tune on the word “Zeh” is missing and incorrect. it shouldbe fixed!!!
