In an outdoor event in Jerusalem, notable Israeli elected officials came out to view a photo exhibition of photographer Israel Bardugo, a frequent contributor to COLlive.com.
The tens of photos show the holy land in vibrant colors and its unparalleled variety of scenery, historic locations and people. Some are aerial shots taken through Bardugo’s Israel on Air company.
Seen viewing the exhibit were Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat, Education Minister Naftali Bennet, Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, Science Minister Ofir Okunis, Agricultural Minister Uri Ariel and Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely.
The event was emceed by journalist Yedidia Meir and produced by the Bsheva media group headed by Dudu Saada.
A photo that caught participants’ attention was the Har Habayis photo taken above the Kotel on a night of a full moon. “This photo was sold for thousands and the proceeds are being donated to charity,” Bardugo reported.
