It’s called Yizkor and for all of Klal Yisrael, that is Yom HaKippurim, HaBa Alenu V’al Kol Yisrael LeTova. For Ashkenazic communities, we have Acharon Shel Pesach, 2nd day Shavuos and Shimini Atzeres (Chutz La’Aretz).
