Shkoyach, very good shiur. However if you look into the Sm’a (Choshen Mishpat, Siman 34, S’K 40), He writes that even according to the opinion that the problem of gambling is Avak gezel, the gambler still wouldn’t be possul for Eidus if he has another source of income, because Avak gezel is only Dirabonen, and when it comes to transgressing an Issur Dirabonon, you have to have benefit from the Aveira to be possul for Eidus (however if he has another source of income, but he isn’t able to support himself without the money of the gambling, he is possul… Read more »
