As the ‘Merkos Shlichus’ summer program is preparing for its 65th year, over 400 bochurim are being interviewed as candidates for the global Shlichus program.
Bochurim in the program spend the summer months visiting remote cities and towns around the world, usually at locations that do not have a permanent Chabad Shliach, meeting and inspiring local Jewish people.
Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky conducted the interviews at the Jewish Children’s Museum in Crown Heights, along with coordinators Rabbi Mendel Kotlarsky and Rabbi Schneur Najar.
everyone laughing?
you are wrong and right
at the same time
think about it
colors of the shirt mean nothing, please!!
When you are on Merkos Shlichus in a place where its 110 F outside and you are walking outside for a long time, it is just outright impractical to wear the full garb. Being sweaty, stinky and fainting are not part of the Rebbe’s Shlichus. Don’t judge another until you are in their shoes!
I agree with number 6..Right on!!
ur sisterle :):)
There are always needs to be one guy that will criticise.
These Bochrim give up the Summer’s for the rebbe’s Shluchis they could be making money having fun in camps and are instead dedicating their vacation time for shluchis.. So tell me who cares what color shirt they wear.. -Grow Up!
I would like to see the black and white and hat and jackets on when we see the posts in the summer. It seems once these Bochrim go out off goes the garb.
another job well done with s najar- ykm
where are you going
hay hillel!
