“I Will be on the Rooftop”

Wasn’t he sent to Philadelphia? I do find it a bit curious that his Chabad House does not have an event listed for Birkas HaChamah. Like they say: The difference between G-d and Avremel Shemtov is that G-d is everywhere — Avremel Shemtov is everywhere but Philadelphia.
