Hundreds of Jews from all parts of Colorado joined together at the JCC in Denver, to celebrate the Rebbe’s 120th birthday.
In a special display of unity, nineteen shluchim from across the State brought members of their communities to listen to Chabad classic music from a string quartet.
The keynote address was given by Rabbi Yitzchak Schochet, Rabbi of the Mill Hill synagogue in London, England, and a renowned lecturer.
Sinai Scholars from the University of Colorado also joined. Following an appeal by Rabbi Schochet that each person undertakes an extra mitzvah as a birthday present to the Rebbe, one student committed to start keeping Shabbos from this week.
