Each week, Chabad of Houston’s Torah Day School hosts an Avos U’banim program which is attended by many fathers and sons who enjoy the learning, bonding, prizes, and piles of popcorn.
The girls wanted in on the fun too!
And so, for the very first time, Torah Day School of Houston hosted an “Imahos U’Banos” program for mothers and daughters.
Over 70 women and girls joined in for a night of achdus, learning, prizes, and fun on Thursday night. Participants said the atmosphere was electrifying as mothers and daughters united through the power of Limud HaTorah.
The evening, which included inspiring learning, delicious refreshments, and fantastic prizes, was put together by Shluchim Rabbi Yoni & Kesem Mia Hetsrony.
The event was sponsored by the Shlypapobersky family in honor of their father and grandfather, Yaakov Ben Binyamin obm.
