Who does one contact NOT to get into the lottery??
From the picture it looks like the kitchen is tiny, with 1 sink, 1 stove and very little cabinet space. Not very conducive for a kosher kitchen.
I think the developer is a prominent Jew from Flatbush. Can’t understand why they couldn’t be more accommodating for the Jewish people of Crown Heights.
I guess it’s all about the bottom line and Kosher kitchens take up too much space.
It’s not for crown heightens; We are way too poor to afford this type of housing. These houses are REALLY for college students or room mates.
That pretty much rules out anyone that needs a kosher kitchen.

A studio for $1800 and 1 bedroom for $2,250 etc for someone who makes 60 to 70K? It may be a luxury building but it is no more affordable than any of the other apartments in Crown Heights.
Seems like an attempt to make a Jewish neighborhood less Jewish.. is this going to at least bring in law abiding and respectful human beings who will make this place more safe? Or the opposite?
sad how it is again not made for a Jewish Frum Families 🙁
such price for so tiny space?
Whole the frustration is valid, i grew up one of eight children in boro park with a small kitchen, one sink, one stove/oven, and …one bathroom.
Don’t eat dairy and you’ll be fine…i do that already except for the occasional frozen pizza in the toaster oven
